Food at lunch was delicious, staff and manager provided excellent service. Facilities were well-maintained and impressive. Friendly and approachable staff. Fresh food and value for money. The room was nice, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Parking was plentiful and the pool water was clean.

The hotel is fairly clean with excellent staff at the cafe and room service. The location is beautiful, just a 10-15 minute walk from a shopping mall. There is a market and a grocery store near the hotel.

Super comfortable beds, all very clean! View from the room directly to the Petrona Twin Towers, great pool, during the day we had this almost completely for us alone. Varied breakfast. Great staff and great service. Due to the flight we arrived very early in the hotel and were allowed to go straight to our room.
